La justicia de género y la incorporación de las mujeres al sindicalismo son CENTRALES. Las mujeres son las más afectadas por las injusticias del sistema capitalista en términos de informalidad, bajos salarios, subempleo y sobrecarga de horas dedicadas al trabajo productivo y reproductivo.
La incorporación de la perspectiva de justicia de género en los programas de las organizaciones sindicales es un camino ineludible para cumplir su papel de defensa de la justicia social.
La participación paritaria en espacios de decisión es un derecho de las mujeres que además enriquece y aporta al conjunto de la sociedad, en términos de justicia de género, justicia social y calidad de la democracia.
Para entender estos fenómenos, llega: “CENTRALES: Las mujeres y la agenda de la justicia de género en el sindicalismo de América Latina y el Caribe” una iniciativa del Proyecto Sindical Regional de la Fundación Friedrich Ebert que releva y analiza la situación actual del sindicalismo en la región en cuanto a la participación de las mujeres y la incorporación de la perspectiva de justicia de género en la acción sindical.

¿Cuáles son sus experiencias a lo largo de toda América Latina?
