En este escenario, la Confederación Sindical de las Américas (CSA) presentó el documento “Lineamientos para un modelo de código de trabajo para América Latina y el Caribe”, una propuesta que busca orientar las reformas laborales desde una perspectiva de derechos humanos, justicia social y equidad en las relaciones laborales.
Esta publicación ofrece una síntesis de estos lineamientos, con el objetivo de ampliar su difusión y fortalecer el debate regional en torno a los derechos laborales. Frente a desafíos como la creciente desigualdad y la digitalización del trabajo, este documento aporta claves para pensar legislaciones laborales más justas y sustentadas en la defensa de la dignidad del trabajo y la acción colectiva.
